Change management was called the key to future success. The through line is clear. Value does not come from more tools or faster pilots. It comes from deliberate, even old-fashioned, project discipline applied over years. Executives should audit their data and identity foundations, fund a real path from prototype to production, and treat AI maturity as a multi-year program. Those who invested early now hold an advantage that competitors cannot quickly close.
