Reliability remained a barrier, with generative AI's inconsistency cited as a reason to withhold trust. The through-line is humility. These operators repeatedly said they are figuring it out as they go. For executives, the message is to slow down on deployment, invest in readiness and measurement, and lock down data before chasing productivity claims that no one in the room could yet quantify.
